Well, let's see, you think we need to win 13 or 14 B10 games to be on the bubble so a loss to WSU would mean we need what, 16 or 17 B10 wins now, I don't know if I like those odds.

We need to win those gimmes against Nebraska and Rutgers in the BoneG to have a chnace this year.

This feels like a HUGE swing game which is atypical for such an early game in the season but with our schedule we only have a handlful of opportunties to get statment out of conference wins.

If we win this game... I think we go to the tourney.
But... I predicted NIT in preseason so I've got us losing.

It will be interesting to see how our the 2 freshman perform in their toughest task yet.... I'm getting more pumped up as the day goes!!

I'm a homer as most of you know, but I think Iowa pulls it out. I think Gesell and McCabe are going to be the difference makers. Along with Marble, May and Woody having solid games. Plus, if they try to run with us, it will be a long night for them. They do have pretty good size but I don't think they have the legs that we have. I'd guess 73-65 Hox.

Iowa wins, WSU got gutted by graduation last year.

ISU got pounded by Drake last year and was a 9 seed. One game, this early in the season, can definitely be overcome.

It can be overcome, but it becomes much harder. For instance, if we are beaten by WSU, we then have to beat one of the BoneG guys in the BoneG to catch up to neutral. It's easier to beat Witchitard St. than Michigan.
