If Iowa can win tonight, getting to 6-0 looks promising

Tonight will be Iowa's toughest game until Wisconsin comes to Kinnick.

Penn State cannot run the football, and Rob Bolden will not fare well against Iowa's zone coverage in front of that night time crowd.

Denard Robinson is still a freak and deserves all of the hype he is getting. But he is pretty much it. Their defensive performance, or lack there of, today against UMass (allowing over 200 yards rushing and 440 total yards) is, what Steve Deace tweeted, 'The most embarrassing defensive performance by a Michigan defense in my lifetime.'

I feel quite a bit better about Iowa's game in Ann Arbor now. I am not sure they knock off MSU at home the week before.

yeah, I agree with steve. Michigan's defense and even their offense made me feel a lot better about my decision to go to Ann Arbor next month.

I'm not sure that Robinson makes it through the Michigan State game. That is a defense that, while inconsistent in overall performance, will hit you in the mouth, bet your bottom dollar. Robinson won't fare quite so well on the ground with Greg Jones as his "spy".

Tonight will be the BIG if....this game still scares the crap out of me and i have had this as a L for awhile now.

Wiscy's special teams are not good either. ASU has one kickoff return, had a punt return (granted, it was called back) and missed a FG.

Michigan's D was just as bad last week but nobody wanted to talk about how it took 5 turnovers and Crist going blind to beat a bad ND team

I totally agree. This game scares the crap out of me, too.

IF Iowa wins it will be a big boost to the program and to national perception.

IF Iowa wins it keeps alive a possible run for the NC.

I'm getting excited. It's kind of fun to have a big game this early in the year. Let's hope the magic continues.

Just heard some announcers on ESPN talk about the speed of the Pac 10 and how he thought Zona's speed would be too much......gee, have we heard that before?

And that same announcer said... Arizona State is throwing the ball all over everywhere against Wisconsin in a classic match-up of power running vs high scoring fast west coast offense...
I looked at the stats and see Wisconsin actually has thrown for more yards and ASU QB is 19-31 193 yards?? What game is he watching? OR is it perception?
