If attendance limited which 2 games would you most want to attend?

If limited to 2 games to attend this year, which ones would it be? Limit 2.

If attendance is limited to say 5,000 per game or 10,000 per game and basically can only attend 2 games if a season ticket holder, which ones would you most want to attend? Limit of 2 picks. Maybe virus less pervasive early on.

Almost seems like seating would have to be 2 occupied seats and then roughly 4 empties on either side and skip every other row. Not sure what number that equates to for people inside, but probably something like that.

And they should allow some type of noise makers in if attendance is capped low and they don't want people yelling.

I'm reading more and more places that a ten game, conference-only schedule is gaining momentum. That would eliminate UNI, ISU, and NIU.

But I still don't think there will be football period this fall, so...

In the case of Iowa's 3 non-cons those are all games where the teams could drive in that morning and head out after the game without staying a night. NIU would have to be a later game but doable drive to and from same day.

While true the Big Ten would push conformity. They wouldn't allow non-conference games for some and not others. I think the non-conference situation is going to become very interesting. What happens if/when travel becomes an issue and you've got Michigan going to Washington week 1 and Oregon at OSU shortly after. I'm not so sure how easy its going to be replacing teams on a non-conference schedule if logistics are an issue.

I get that, but if the Big Ten said everyone's playing a ten game conference-only schedule there wouldn't be any choice involved. Pretty unfair to have 3 non cons when everyone else doesn't just because they happen to be in your state.

Although not on the list I would choose our first playoff game and then the national championship game

My god, if we drew the 4 and had to play Clemson in round 1, there is no way in hell I would go to that unless Petras is seriously the second coming of Drew Brees and I thought we could score at least 49 points on them.

You would not want to just rush 4 and give Lawrence all day to throw

Just guessing if we get to a point where they know a number, assuming it is greater than 0 but less than total season tickets sold, they will send something out for persons to rank their preferences from 1 to 7 for the games and if rewarding longer term customers more then weight theirs by some means and then pick 'em. It is both good that it is one of the best home seasons in recent history because you still are likely to get a decent game or games but bad because you have to miss some good games too.

My guess is if MLB and other professional sports go zero fans that college will follow suit though. I just don't see how letting say 5,000 people in a 70,000 seat stadium being a huge risk. Require masks. Keep concessions closed. Sanitizer all over the place. Lysol cans in the restrooms. Suggest no yelling but allow a noise maker of some sort.

These will be easy games for the visitors on their sideline this year.

With extra time to prepare, I'm sure we'd trick ourselves into going with a 3 man rush and then on the rare occasion where we got them to 3rd and long, we'd bring some highly telegraphed and slow moving heat from somewhere and leave two passing lanes wide open for easy conversions. Etienne would probably run for 250 just because Dabo wouldn't want to run the score too badly.

So if the attendance is limited then somebody must believe the plandemic is still raging and all previous protocols are still in effect.

Riddle me this. How can football be played and maintain 6 foot social distancing?

Oh wait - silly me forgot how smart the 'rona is.

It will only attack the fans in the stands while leaving the players unscathed.

Just like how it is intelligent enough to stay out of the big corporations like ChinaMart and Home Depot etc. yet will ruthlessly attack small local businesses.

Just like it is smart enough to stay away from the BLM and Antifa rioters and Marxist revolutionaries yet will attack peaceful, patriotic gatherings.

If anyone here can't see by now what a massive con job this whole 'rona psy-op has been then you are fucking stoopid, beyond hope and should be ashamed to call yourself an American.

I heard at lunch on CNBC certain states are stating anyone coming from high case states need to quarantine for 14 days when they come into their state. Not sure how that would ever be enforced, but just shows what this could be up against as well.

6 foot social distance might improve the running game... Are you a conspiracy porn junkie?
