NW at Iowa from last year is on BTN.

I just watched Iowa's NC hopes go down on one play.

I still dont understand why both Morse and Reisner released on that bootleg? If that was the design of that play Ricky should have been quicker to dump it.
 
Wait, you don't want to join the hundreds of Hawk fans who want to string up KOK for calling a "NAKED" bootleg in his own end zone? /sarcasm

What a tantalizing "What if?" that game provided last season's team with...
 
While I agree that that game is the ultimate "what if?", I think it's time we move past it. It's done and over with, let's forget about it.
 
Binge drinking, and watching this game right now. Waiting for Wegher's touchdown run that was called back for holding. Proceeded by a drive downtown for shots of JD. I did notice, however, that we could have had this game won by the first quarter. Hindsight is always 20/20.

I unfortunately was at Kinnick, and as usual, was sitting 52 rows up, endzone line, east side stands, north endzone and saw the play happen exactly right in front of me.

Felt sick then, still feel sick now. I put my face in my hands, which continued after the backup QB proved to be totally ineffective the rest of the game.

We were so close to 10/12-0, had miracle wins versus UNI, MSU, Indy, rolled PSU, scUM, ISUx, Wisky, and really had a shot for a NC consideration. I truly felt it was our destiny.

We were rolling NW then that. I was seriously bummed.

I did binge after the game, something at my advancing age, I rarely do anymore.
