Speculation is pointless, we all know if Norm retires darrell Wilson or Phil Parker will be promoted

If Wilson or Parker get the DC position It would make me reconsider my season tickets and giving my donations. These two are terrible at developing their positions and I believe Wilson is in charge of special teams.

In all fairness to Wilson on his duties with the special teams. He also has to take on other responsibilities that would normally be done by the DC, sadly we have a DC that isn't sometimes capable due to his health and others have to fill in.

Which they have been making more then Norm since 2007(I believe Norm took a pay cut and they gave it to him, due to not recruiting.) So anybody who thinks we are going to bring someone knew it just isn't happen. Norm is basically co-d-cord right now considering he makes the same money as them.

How many other d-cord make less then the lb and defensive backs coach??? Their is a reason that happens, not saying he's not calling the plays or anything.
