These are the scenarios:
1. Beat Wisconsin and Iowa is playing either Indiana or Ohio State depending if the Michigan/OSU game happens. If that game doesn't get played then Indiana plays in the B10 championship game and Iowa plays Ohio State.
2. Lose to Wisconsin and Iowa will be playing either Indiana or Maryland. Wisconsin and Indiana have already played each other so that matchup will not be repeated. Iowa would play Maryland only if the OSU/Michigan matchup does not happen. That would put Indiana in the championship game against Northwestern, Ohio State versus Wisconsin, and Iowa versus Maryland.
Honestly I don't think the Big Ten would care that much if Ohio State is in the championship game or not. Putting Ohio State against either Iowa or Wisconsin would be a good matchup and may generate more interest than the actual title game. Iowa may wind up being the best case scenario for Ohio State, they would be on a 6 game winning streak and might be the highest ranked. Beating a team like Iowa (assuming they win) could increase their chances of reaching the playoffs.
