From here on in we should refer to supporting the coach as "fran support".

The name Fran leaves me a little meh, but that's ok. What is this strange feeling that I have, it seems strange. Oh wait, it's optimism.

I agree. Solid hire. IF he brings in a good recruiter, this could really work. His Experience as a recruiter and assistant at Notre Dame and ties to east coast should help. Welcome coach and go Hawks!
