Woody Paige is hilarious and has great insight IMO...I know some people will probably disagree with me but oh well. If there's one show on ESPN that I'll watch it's this and PTI

I don't mind Horn, I watch it fairly often. The big downside is that jay mariotti is one of the panelists 9 days out of 10.
He defines tool, in my opinion. I know he juices up the dialogue on the show, and that's why he's on, but still...he's a d###h##d and it's hard to listen to his drivel.

4 blowhards is way too many for me. Mariotti and Plaschke are complete clowns and ruin the show for me. I like most of the other guys but wont watch it just because of those 2

ATH hasnt been good since Max left IMO. I still watch it because Im addicted to sports debate but Max held that show together and Tony just isnt as good at calling out those clowns when they make a bad argument.

+1 i love reading his stupid signs. The show shouldn't air without him. Also, I like Mariotti--I think he and Paige make a good showdown.

I agree. I also really like J.A. Adande and Michael Smith. It took awhile, but Jackie MacMullun has kind of worked her way into my list of favorites. I like Cowlishaw too. The ones I can't stand are Bob Ryan and Bill Plaschke. And I like Blackistone. I pretty much like everybody but Ryan and Plaschke lol. PTI is the best show on ESPN, at least when Wilbon and Kornheiser are the ones on there (I will say I miss the Penguin Dance, though haha).

Coming from the guy who constantly posts his displeasure for ESPN on this board, I doubt you only watch two shows on ESPN. You are the most self-loathing person obsessed with ESPN I have ever seen. I wouldn't care, except you have to post here everyday something about ESPN.

I can't stand this show. Mariotti, Woody Paige, Platshke, all those guys are idiots. They're terrible on TV and are less knowledgable than most sports fans. That being said, ATH is still better than First Take with Skip Bayless, which is far and away the worst show on ESPN.

ATH and PTI both great shows watch them daily, to the poster above yes Skip is a tool but i love him playing devils advocate and the bad guy of 1st and 10, i didnt like skip at first but now im starting to like him. I personally dont like mariotti and plaske(however you spell it) but they make the show good and i always root against them cause AHT is a game.

How do you like Skip Bayless? It's one thing to play devil's advocate if you can make a sensible argument, but he doesn't do that. He makes ridiculous claims all the time, forgets most of them, but if he does occasionally get something right he never lets you forget about it. And he has so much hatred for guys like LeBron and T.O. its not even funny.

He HATES LeBron to an amazing degree. This is the same guy that said Colt Brennan would be a top 5 pick and a great QB in the NFL. He has literally no knowledge about the sports he spouts off about. He is the definition of a blowhard
I agree 100%. I just don't understand how Skip Bayless has a job. There is no way that this guy even watches sports. Because if he did, how could he be so clueless? I have never heard Skip Bayless say anything remotely insightful or intelligent. I pretty much ignore him whenever possible.
