I know we just blew an 18 point lead,but we came back and it was exciting in the end.
I like this group and I think they will only get better.
 
I do too at least we are going to get effort for 40 minutes each night. Basabe, Cartwright, McCabe, Payne, Marble and May are all legit players in Fran's system and they are YOUNG. Brommer still poor missed 2 chippies tonight at point blank. Gatens is going to be the biggest disappointment I can see it coming...another subpar game by him. Cole is a big body in there but he still commits some silly fouls.
 
This team showed a lot of heart to come back there at the end after a terrible second half. Let's hope they use this as a learning experience and kick the p*** out of Idaho State Saturday!!
 
Hard to watch an 18 point lead become a 10 point deficit faster than I can run to the john and back, but overall this was a heck of a lot more fun to watch than most games the last few years.
 
The way were running around the court makes me think we will be putting up more of a fight in B10 games than people think. Not saying we will win them but that we will be far more competitive than a majority of people initially thought.
 
Really just missing a serviceable big man and this team would be very competitive this year. I like many of the individual pieces and they will only get better as a team. Pleasantly surprised by Cartwright, Marble and McCabe. Basabe had a better game tonight and is starting to figure it out and what he can bring each night. May is a stud, Gatens is still finding his way after missing too much time. Not getting much at all from Brommer, Archie, Cole!
 
Lots of heart, and we've got some good young players on this team. Crushing loss, but hey, at least I care again. I really enjoy watching this team play, win or lose. We look like a basketball team.
 
Agree it is a lot more fun to watch then previous years. The future looks bright with Marble, McCabe, and Basabe.
 
I like this team a lot, and I REALLY like the head coach and staff. More than any HC since Mr. Davis's final season.
More excitement and potential in 7 games so far than I've seen in the past 4-5 seasons.
Keep it moving forward, Fran!! :)
 
I like that we finally have a team that can come back from a deficit. We should have put them away in the first half, but that's what's gonna happen a few times this year. I loved the intensity of the first half and towards the end....that'll get them a few unexpected wins for sure.
 
Well if Gatens isn't 100% then I would guess the Maestro would've put the ball in Cartwright's hands at the end of that game because he was giving Wake fits...they couldn't stop him.
 
Cole is the one guy who bums me out. Works REALLY hard, tries his *** off but still makes bone headed plays. By all accounts, a great kid. Glad to have him on the team but just wish he was a bit more serviceable.
 
Just watched the replay again. WF got away with an obvious palming right before Terrell's three. Wish that would have been called. :)

Gatens isn't 100%. He is always fiddling with his hand and protecting it from contact. I am not exactly sure why Gatens was taking THE shot after sitting for like 12 minutes. Maybe he wasn't the first option. Hard to say!
 
I'm not one for moral victories, and we as fans should not condone them.

We should have got the W, anything other than that is pathetic.

I hope this team thinks long and hard about what lost them the game ie shot selection. We were rushing quick 3s with plenty of time on the clock and a lot of them were challenged. Wait for the open 3 or go for a high percentage shot, it's simple.
