I think that is 3 or 4 times, maybe 5 if you count the extended highlights.

I sure hope the players are not wasting too much time doing it...but who could blame them !

How many times have you watched?

I suspect that OSU was a bit flat but Iowa really played well. No question about it. Iowa's offense took a step forward.

Hope they can build on this against a different scheme in Wisconsin.

I think I've watched it at least 6 times. Just can't get enough of the Hawks woodshedding the bucknuts. I've been watching since the 60's and this game is the most awesome game I can ever remember. There's been some great games but this one is the King of them all!:)

Just watched again and it's 4:40am here.

Loved how we constantly threw past the sticks like when we had it first and 20 from our own 5 and hit Hock for about 20. Then like Hayden Fry we scratched where it itched and ran the same play again for another 20 yards. Unreal.

I watched it once , a replay on the Big 10 Network. Say NCHawker, I thought you said you were not watching anymore games after the N'western loss? :p

The game was not a fluke which can happen on occasion. The coaches had a game plan to put the players in the best position to win and the players executed it. Iowa made any luck they got. It's no fluke when he interior line wins the battle.

I never understood passing lateral as a large part of a team's passing game. I realize you want a couple here and there if have an athletic WR, but I never liked having it as the foundation of a passing offense. It's not worth the risk in the risk/reward measure, IMO. If you are going to pass, might as well be downfield and put the pressure on the defense.

What is it easier to do for a d-back, defend a receiver that is in front of you that you can run up on or defend a receiver running downfield and making cuts? Just sayin'!

As I said in a thread I started, one HUGE difference was in the red zone. We saw none of those "Wadley off tackle" followed by "Wadley over the top", followed by "Missed block by FB or TE, RB stuffed" followed by FG, or worse, a throwaway pass on 3rd down followed by the aforementioned blown assignment and then stuffed on 4th down

I have watched it at least 4 times. Each time I am more impressed with the way Iowa played. It was a dominating performance on one of the best programs in the country. There were some plays where Iowa had a lot of luck on their side, but for the most part they just performed. They showed Ohio State that they weren't intimidated from the first play and never let up.
