I've been watching the Hawkeyes since the days when Bruce "Sky" King patrolled the lanes in the old Field House. I've seen a whole bunch of Senior Day games in the Field House, CHA and on TV and I can't remember anyone turning in a better performance in his Senior Day game than Aaron White did today.

Anyone remember a better one?

Im thinking Woolridge's was pretty good but can't find a game log to back that up. Whites was damn good though.

Anyone on the '70 team!

Not only anyone but every senior on that team. I cant remember who they played but I know they won. The fact they were undisputed big 10 champs, undefeated and averaged nearly 100 points a game make them one of the best Iowa teams ever, maybe a tip in away from being natty champions.

Woolridge's 2nd round NCAA tourney loss to Kentucky: 29 points, 4 rbs and 5 assts. His last game as a Hawkeye. Single handedly kept us in that game. Kentucky went on to win the Title.
