Good takes but...back to Barta.

We do not have a large population base.

Iowa, from administration to the coaches to fans, generally frowns upon cheating and other recruiting shenanigans.

Wisconsin fits all of those criteria and you know what the main difference is? They have a competent AD. Ours doesn't know the difference between innings and quarters.
