How many times has Iowa appeared on Gameday?

I know we hosted in 2006 against OSU and lost big. Have we appeared any other times as a host or visitor? Was Gameday at the Penn. St. game last year?

They were at PSU last year I know. Other than that and the 2006 OSU game, I don't think we have been on it.

I think the time before that was 1997 vs Ohio State at home. I remember I could see the game day setup from the top of the stadium. It was the senior season for Sherman, Dwight, and Banks.

1996 v Ohio State (loss)
1997 at Ohio State (loss)
2006 v Ohio State (loss)
2009 at Penn State (win)

So, all in all...we're not to great while on GameDay, especially against Ohio State. If the season goes as hoped/planned, I'm guessing the November game might also be a GameDay game...

the good news is...the first one is always toughest to get! Now that we got the W @PSU last year, we can go on a roll go Hawks...here's hoping Gameday is in IC in November...I think we all understand what kind of year is happening if that comes to fruition!
