Wasn't another one when Marble dribbled out of bounds and then Iowa gave up a three and the lead on the subsequent possession...that one that was on the refs was the game changer not the other 18...ffs

What's your point? Of course Iowa's mistakes had an effect on the game. No one is debating that.

So did the refs' performance, but that's something you just want to ignore.

There were just some calls that were inexcusable. refs bring the criticism on themselves when they don't make calls that are completely obvious and then they make calls that are phantom. They come across as guessing. Just because they are the ones with whistles, don't make them right.

Not ignoring it...Iowa did far more to hurt themselves than the refs. It's not like we are talking about Iowa was behind and came back and had calls not go their way...this has been a pattern losing leads...the refs were a small part.

Fair enough. End of the day, it's on Iowa obviously. I think the refs had a poor game as well and I think that favored Sparty just enough. Sucks that Iowa didn't do enough earlier in the season and it came down to one game (probably).

Completely agree it is on Iowa...they did not make some plays that were there to win the game.

Iowa got their fair share of calls too. It's easier to remember these when your team loses.
