Being aback up for 2 years is not the end of the world. I am tired of players jumping ship because they don't start right away. Back in the day Mark Vlasic was behind Chuck Long for 3 years, started 1 year, then had a successful nfl career barring injuries.

And Rodgers sat behind Favre and Young behind Montana you can go down the line of good Qbs that sat for awhile. Didn't Matt Cassel hardly play at all at USC? Now that the NFL has gone to where they pretty much play rookie qbs right away if they are drafted in the first 2 rounds college kids want to get out there asap too. Timing and luck have just about more to do with a kids opportunity then how good they are. (Kurt Warner comes to mind on the pro end) Heck OSU has a legit question of who should they play this year between 3 guys. It's just such a case by case deal. Todays world is just me me me now now now and todays young adults are only going to reflect that more not less I would imagine..
