How Bad is Iowa?

Northwestern up on Penn State near halftime 10-3. OK maybe Penn State has a letdown but still????

Iowa has one of the worst offenses in the country and the worst offensive line I have seen at Iowa since FXL days. Defense has been good but not dominate and has not made many big plays (turnovers, sacks)

Michigan State is a total mess but no reason to believe this will be easy with our offense

NW was spotted 3 pts by a PSU fumble, but they put together a nice 69 yard drive to score their TD. More than Iowa did all game.

Can’t compare the two really. PSU had every reason to be up for Iowa and absolutely no reason to be up for NW. i bet when the game is over, NW loses by 21

If Penn State wasn't looking like they were that great right before and now right after and if it continues then it was Iowa being bad and making them look better. The "they were up for us and not for them" gets you nothing but sounding like an excuse maker. Not sure about a let down after 31-0. Not sure we took much out of them lol.

Not “excuse”. With what our crowd did, and the heat Frankln took for the “injuries” in the 2021 game, there’s no wayin hell Franklin wouldn’t have been keying on the rematch at home. That was our best game of the year IMO.

As i recall, didnt we have a few high profile recruits commit right after the game? Of course, Proctor bailed on us, but no doubt we embarrassed Franklin in that game
