Agree, but I think at the same time it's equally important to have guys that practice at a high level. While it's just as important if not more to get it done during games you want the guys on the practice field that raise the intensity level and lead by example.

Yup. They must secure the coaches’ trust. Much of that trust is built in practice. Then, proof is on the pudding. They have to produce in gametime.
