High School Transfer Rules

anyone know the rules on these there is a kid from our area that wants to transfer do to person issues would he be able to play this year he would be going to live with his brother in college town!

I am pretty sure they are ineligible for a semester after transferring, unless there are extenuating circumstances for the move.

I believe the rule says they need to sit out 90 days. However, if their new permanent address is in the new school district, I don't believe they have to sit out.
