Steve may have planted the seed, but he salted the **** out of the field which kept the seed from germinating.

The practice facility has been in the middle of construction since fall 2009 (which probably means that it was in planning stages around spring 2008). Fran is a good coach, but having arrived in spring 2010, he would have nothing to do with it.
