I know what you mean, but I've talked to people that have worked with him at various camps and practices and they say he is a fabulous instructor as far as a tech. and his communication with the kids.

I actually always kind of liked Heskett and think that he is a great coach. I think that this is a great hire for Army! It just makes me wonder if he could have got a better coaching job, meaning somewhere that would be easier to win. On the other hand there has to be pretty good job security there. Winning isn't the end all be all and he should do a good job of helping teach leaders.

If he does fairly well he can take over at ISU in a few years.
