After watching this guy on ESPN over the last year, I am shocked he got the opportunity to be a head coach in the NFL. He just comes off like a spastic, overreacting, baffoon. Just no way that guy should have been expected to get an entire team to respect him as a leader.

I just told someone last night that this gimmick they have him doing where he simulates a "pre-game speech" to "motivate" his team (last night was the Cavs) is absolutely ridiculous.

They have about 10 different camera angles, the dimmed lighting, etc. It is lame!

Yeah the Chiefs are finally fighting off him AND Carl Peterson dragging down that franchise for so many years. If you don't remember, the Chiefs traded draft picks to the Jets to get Herm too...epic fail!
