McCabe 0 points 5 fouls, the only time he came out was after he fouled, after his 2nd, 3rd, 4th and finally fouling out. McCabe man crush on hi will never be broken. His eligibility is up so the breakup is inevitable.

i don't hold anything against McCabe, he always comes to play, unfortunately he isn't a good enough to earn minutes on a top 25 team.
 
I defended McCabe in the past, but that was the worst shot I have ever seen with no exaggeration

When does Fran just getting a little criticisms for the teams horrible record in close games.
Is he a guy that get a team from point A to point B and that's s far a they get?

im so glad he has brought the program back to this level, now it get frustrating where before it was hard to care about it.
 
Maybe if we didn't have such layoffs to end the season. We still have to make up the IND game, can't get in any groove. Don't be shocked if we lose out to end he year.
 
Marble drove to the bucket for the lead, got absolutely mauled, no call, then we fouled. Wisky hit their FT's. It was an unfortunate no call at a very crucial time. The Hawks didn't choke this one away!
 
When it was a 1-pt game w/ 1:00 left, back and forth, just curious. Did anything actually think we would win this game? Knew we would lose, just a matter of how. We NEVER make any clutch shots, and the opposing teams ALWAYS makes every shot. EVERY YEAR, 30-years running. being a Hawk fan= non-stop pain.

Let me rephrase - Marble drove to the bucket for the lead with no control and lost the ball. Yes, Wisky hit their FT's. Iowa had no answer on the other end. Hawkeyes choked...again. Hard to swallow but true.

Did you watch the same game I did...I guess I agree the kids didn't...but the guys in suits and ties gave them no chance.

He might have fed it to White on the block, but Gasser had Aaron twisted up in an arm bar, a typical Gasser technique, taught by Littlle Bo.
 
Transition teams are not built to win close games. On top of that, Iowa does not have a single last shot type scorer on their team. Finally, transition teams rely on tempo. No way to maintain tempo without regular play.

Marble drove to the bucket for a layup, got to the rim, was hammered, no call. I understand your disappointed in another close lose, but this wasn't due to the Hawks choking. Now, you have your opinion and I have mine, but I am not going to sit here and pizz back and forth!
