....doesn't even have Iowa in the top 6.
Mind Blown. I was hoping to just get by, NE now I want to slay those guys.

Completely blows my mind. OSU was in the top 4 purely out of respect for what they did last year. As soon as they play someone decent they lose. Iowa can't even reach his top 4 after they are 11-0. Absolutely asinine, but it is what it is. No reason to let it bother us. As long as the playoff committee understands what 11-0 means that's really all that matters.

Saw the same thing. Msu jumping 6 spots to number 3. And Oklahoma with there lose to Texas at. 4

Don't forget Alabama's stunning 56-6 win over Charleston Southern to solidify that their *** whoopin' at home to a 3 loss Ole Miss team. Folks, these guys are just fueling the Hawkeye Express. Let's just let them keep piling on. We worry about kNU on Black Friday. Then go from there. But yeah, we should be 4th, minimum. It's okay. If we beat kNU, then this team get's a chance at the "I told you so" parade through college football.

Herbie has been frustrated and offended by Iowa fans and local media and is purely trolling now. He's using his platform to give Iowa the bird. It is what it is. He's also ****** that the committee still had Iowa at 5 last week after he didn't have them in his top 6.

It really shows Herbie's ego. He picked Iowa as a dark horse in the west last year with the same schedule....hmmm. This year he doesn't pick Iowa as a dark horse so now he dogs Iowa and their schedule. You know he would of been all over this story last year since he picked Iowa in the preseason. The guy is so self absorbed with himself it's really hard to even take him seriously.

You guys really should just enjoy the victories without setting your alarms for 6am to get up and check the rankings.

Herbie himself has said that if we win out, we're in. Where he thinks we should be ranked now is not relevant. We don't need the validation from these fools.

So RELAX, FOR THE LOVE OF HAYDEN!

I've been here for years on the media's opinions.

No, it's not relevant in the grand scheme of the playoff, but it is an observation of an outsider's national perspective that appears questionable. Therefore it'll get some discussion. I think people can talk about something without getting too worked up or having to relax.

It's now late November, and Iowa is 1 of 2 teams that is still undefeated. Anyone who tries to keep Iowa out of the top 4 of the rankings at this stage is delusional, biased and negligent.

IN LATE NOVEMBER, an undefeated power 5 conference team should always be ranked in the Top 4 regardless of the schedule.

When there were still 5 undefeated teams, I could understand how people could view it differently. But now that things have sorted themselves out, the teams who should definitely be ranked in the top 4 are as obvious as the nose on your face.

There does seem to be a difference in how you view 2 undefeated teams vs 5 undefeated teams.

What wins do teams have that are better than our win over Northwestern? How many teams have a 30 point, road win over a top 15sih team? Then you add the fact that we are undefeated with a potential for 5-6 of those wins being .500 or better and I'd say we are a top 4 teams.

Exactly, you have to be so dead set on your own personal agenda not to put Iowa in the top 4. At least for this week. Obviously a loss to Nebby would change things, but as of now the Hawks are 11-0. I think the committee has been fair to Iowa to this point. It's more the talking heads that have a problem with it. The committee has shown that they're not going to be swayed by "Herbie's Top 6" They're making up their own minds and I can't see how they don't have the only undefeated B1G team in the top 4.

You guys should switch to CBS sports network (inside college football). Much better show and no stupid FPI predictor.

Yes, of course he drops Iowa for only doubling up Purdue 40-20! Didn't dominate them the way a top 10 team should have, like when MSU squeaked by them by 3 points, 24-21. Moron.
