Help - BTN Streaming Video

Need some help here. I purchased the monthly package for Iowa sports to watch the exhibition game from the other night and the 2 future games on the Big Ten Network's website. The problem I am having is that I can only get the video to play for a couple of minutes and then it stops. It won't start playing again. Has anyone else encountered this and figured out how to correct it? Thanks.

I have had the same problem. I contacted the BTN and their tech dept. put me through a whole bunch of steps, but none of them worked. I finally did get lucky and it worked one time, but I tried it again, just to make sure the problem had been resolved, and it froze up again and continues to do so. The tech person admitted they finally didn't know what the problem was, but claimed it worked on their end. As a last resort, they asked me if I had tried any other videos and I hadn't at that time, but later went back and started some of the volleyball videos, and they seemed to work fine. I wonder if it has something to do with that particular tape, maybe?? As I said, the volleyball videos didn't appear to have any problems, although I will admit, I didn't play them all the way through. I did, however, fast forward them quite a ways through and they still appeared to work.

And they want us to pay extra for btn.com streaming. Thanks but no thanks. I've tried their streaming in the past, and it was pretty mediocre quality/performance. Doesn't sound like it's improved.

Does anybody know of anywhere else that streams the games, or is BTN.com our only choice? I remember channelsurfing.net had a couple games back in 2008 or so, but haven't seen any on there since.
