-who moderates the mods?
-are there standards or grading of the mods?

I think I would be a natural. I can't tell you how may threads I've posted in that basically died immediately after. I'm the thread closer but without the red button. Do you have any stats on that?

I would like to nominate myself for ninja mod. I think we can all agree that my posting history suggests that I'm patient, level-headed, smart, funny, handsome and fair. Also, I know how to sweep the leg and am deadly accurate with a throwing star/smoke bomb.
