Hawks vs NIU Muskies score predictions

KF always plays these non-con games so close to the vest that it drives me crazy to watch them. But I will predict that Hawks will be able to move the ball on the ground by running right at their All American DE. Iowa's All American TE will score twice.

30-17 Hawks over a salty NIU squad.

24-10 for the very tough HAWKS.... D-Line as unit Mvp.

I think it plays out like nearly every Iowa game

We take the lead into halftime, 10-7 while looking sluggish on both sides of the ball. Luckily NIU QB can't hit his WR, and our defense gets away with a few mistakes in coverage.

2nd half NIU makes adjustments and starts to put drives together, while Iowa does their normal running into 9 man fronts.

The game will come down to the final drive, either Iowa holding on to dear life or having to work the 2 min offense.

I say Iowa wins 24-21

I was close, Iowa’s offense was even better than I expected in the second half. Even short handed they have a dominant offensive line and running attack.
