High school talent dosen't always equate to D1 talent. We will never know if he could help us or not. Besides, we never had him in the first place.
Well on your way to being an 'illustrious' poster.

Like it or not even in today's college football game one player can make a significant difference. I understand the sentiment, but this is a sour grapes cliche in some cases. There are guys like Tebow, Newton, Bo Jackson, Barry Sanders and other great that have made legendary impacts on the game that even transcended their team. Granted, Kozan isn't in this class of players, but to pretend that individuals don't greatly impact a team is simply being disingenuous.
I am firmly of the belief that we're fine without Kozan. The point of the reply isn't to contest that, but rather underscore the fact that single players can and do make large impacts.
Wonder how Sentrel Henderson is feeling now, after HIS daddy picked his college for him.Don't hear alot about this 10* Superman. Oh, I guees it's not that far to auburn if he needs a new contract $ Maybe (his) agent/daddy can give kozan's agent/daddy some tips on deffered payments...lol YES, I'm still bitter/heartbroken...
Henderson was suspended for the opening weekend of spring practice for a violation of team rules...
After a freshman season in which he started nine games, Henderson was suspended for the season opener last year and then missed three other games due to offseason back surgery.
He ended up starting two games, but has been far from the dominant lineman expected when he enrolled with the Hurricanes after being one of the nation's top recruits.
Golden appeared frustrated by the latest incident as he tries to build on a 6-6 season with his team facing an uncertain future due to a pending NCAA investigation into players receiving impermissible benefits.
This is a weird response. You listed 4 of the best college football players ever to compare to Kozan? Whatever. If anything, this list shows that the exception proves the rule.
Besides Wirfs who only got to a 4 star very late in the process, how many of Iowa's pro's have been 4 or 5 star variety in the KF era? I bet very few. KP would have been a nice and is a loss, but perspective is neededGuys, so we didn't get Kozan but we still went 12-0 during a year he would have been on the team. Let's always keep that in perspective.
