Garza is quite a get for Fran. Big men typically need the most time to adapt (granted, he's not playing against MSU, Wisconsin, etc yet) to the next level. This kid is mature beyond his years.

This is one of those situations where one may not really see a drop from his HS stats, as would understandably typically happen. It may work in the opposite as teams can't really key on him defensively with all of Iowa's other play makers.

This may be one of those odd situations where a freshman's scoring stats may not suffer much compared to his HS stats. Will see once play better competition.
