Thanks for the reminder I was deep into the Cowboys/Eagles game until I saw this thread. Stuelke at the 4 is much better and not needing to do as much heavy lifting at the 5 will help her game.

Being new doesn’t help. They'll get better, but lots of standing in place by the rest doesn't help either.

Team D has been a pleasant surprise so far.

From what I read CC was really hard on her in practice. Not in a bad way, but a Micheal Jordan, 90(s) Bulls type of way. Wouldn't be shocked at all if she had a really good year. O'Grady at the 5 and Stuelke at the 4 are a really good frontcourt.

Addy has done a lot of off-season work and it is really paying off. The freshmen did not show much this game. Great to see how will Syd is doing on her comeback. A great early game for the Hawks.

Yeah I'd heard that too about CC & Addi. They had a possession yesterday where Stuelke ran a pick and roll with Addi at the 3 pt line and took it to the hole for a bucket. Show me another 4/5 combo capable of that... Now I don't know how often they'll run that type of set but holy crap if Hannah can make the right pass of of it too look tf out is all I gotta say.

This Iowa team if they play smart ball they'll be a tougher out then people seem to think. They got cold yesterday for a stretch and turned it over too much. But I still think they'll be back to putting up 80 plus pts regularly. With better D and rebounding they'll win games with this group. I like what I see
