Hawks drop to #10

Seems about right. And Minnesota is #20. So we lost to #1 on a neutral court. And we lost to #20 on their floor in OT when we didn’t play our best and they had a guy go off and we still win with 1 more FT. So staying in the Top10 is deserved IMO.

We really need to beat NW. Then two road games against good teams like Rutgers and Maryland will give us a good look at the future.

#21 Minnesota is absolutely destroying #17 Michigan St. Still wish Iowa had that game back, but enjoying Michigan St. getting worked.

And DOWN goes Bucky.

Upended on their own court be unranked Maryland.

This league is absolutely loaded with land mines at every turn. I don't see how anyone loses less than five conference games.

Meanwhile Sparty looks like a team that may struggle to WIN five conference games. Minnesota is handing them their ass.

Again.

Izzo looks lost.

Absolutely lost.

And what a beautiful sight it is. His team is playing like they are used to getting certain calls and non calls and aren't getting them anymore.

We’re (and the rest of the conference) effectively playing 20 games against NCAA Tournament level teams...likely some Elite 8 & Final 4 caliber.

Wisconsin lost. So only NW and MI are undefeated. It’s like Bilas said...a team can play very well and lose in this conference.

At what point do we reevaluate which part of the conference schedule is the tough part and which is the easy part? I don’t think there is an easy part.

Side Note - WI is the 1st “favorite” to lose at home.
