This team feels like they're overrated and flying under the radar at the same time. Such a weird place to be as a fan.

Usually, I'd say that must mean you think the team is downright terrible (like if people were predicting ISU to get 4-5 wins this year). But this pretty much hits the nail on the head when trying to describe the vibe around this team.
