In 2009 we played AZ, Ohio, Mich, Wisc, MSU, NW, PSU. In 2014 we don't play Ohio, Mich, PSU, MSU.

Get used to the new B1G east-west. We wont play those teams very often. Btw.... I can't remember the last time we played Ohio. We played osu pretty well last year though. Fear the bobcat

Assuming these words are being put into action - and I believe they are with this group - I see good things for this year's team. I like that they're saying that 8-5 isn't something to sit back and admire. Not every school in this state would look at that in the same way, i.e., Iowa fans aren't putting last year's record on their license plate.

Things get better in 2016 with the 9 - game conference schedule. Iowa will play Penn State every year from 2016-2019. Plus mich, OSu, MSU once every 3 years.

I'm really excited for this season...sure the schedule is not the toughest...but if we knockout Wisconsin in Kinnick, then...less than a week later beat down Nebraska for a spot in Indy...this season will have been almost perfect for me...
