I contacted Ed Bouchette, who covers the Steelers for the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, asking how Brent Greenwood was looking in camp. Reading the article above, it seems that he is laying the lumber on people. Bouchette believes that Greenwood will battle for a spot on the practice squad.

I love this stuff. My NFL fandom basically comes from following former hawks. Looks like I am gonna have a lot more guys to follow. :)

Hearing how well Tarpinian is doing makes you wonder how the season would have been different last year if he and Nielsen could have stayed healthy.

I think it would have been a lot different, but then again I think that it will lead to this year being better as guys like Morris had to step up.

If Tarp and Nielsen were healthy, Iowa wins a couple more games. Wisky and Minny, to start with.

Touche'.............u pretty much nailed my NFL interest right there. Former Iowa and other notable college players and how they do.

I much prefer watching college and high school football to the tune of about 150 games a year....:D

Here, here.....I honestly think last years injuries and adversity puts us waaaaayyyyyy ahead of the game for this year and probably saved us a growing pains loss or two.
