If I cannot watch it live, is it archived for me to watch when I get back home later that day from visiting PapaTHawki?

Yes, it always has been in my experience. I think there's even an option to turn of scores so you don't get spoiled when going to watch an archive game. Not that it matters a lot for an exhibition game.
