TCU and/or Baylor probably got screwed but the conference probably knew they were behind the curve without a championship game.

Still think it's funny though that the have "co-champions" given that PR commercial.

Well my eyeball test says that Wisky and MSU would probably win or play very close to Baylor and maybe a little tougher time with TCU.

Baylor doesn't have he run Dee to control Wisky and MSU. OSU ran a pretty tough gauntlet the last half of the season

I believe that Gary Barta took that "Bowl Championship" phrase from Dan McCarney.
