Don't know if I would use the "great teams find a way" for this victory. It was luck and Hawks were outplayed most of the game.
Hopefully Iowa takes this to heart as a wake up call.

Can you guys ever just be happy with a win? and not look for ever reason why we could shoulda woulda lost? Its amazing. I swear nothing but a blowout makes some people happy, and still then...if someone rushes the field someone might complain. WE WON, get over it and be happy.

Two weeks ago, many people on this board claimed Iowa gave the game to Wisconsin.
If you're going to do that, you should admit that Indiana gave this game to Iowa, particularly Indiana's offense was very giving on that last drive with dropped passes.
Iowa had nothing to do with Indiana dropping those passes. They were flat out lucky.
However, you can go through a laundry list of games during the '02, '04, & '09 seasons in which Iowa was lucky and won. It happens. I don't think it happens more frequently to great, good, or bad teams. It is what it is...Luck

Right, we should be happy with leaving a receiver WIDE OPEN IN THE ENDZONE, with under a minute to go, and a TD wins the game. In case you were unaware, guys like Drake Dunsmore and Jeremy Ebert won't drop passes like that, and if we play the way we did today, they'll be just as open.
