I agree Thunder. To those who think this was a moral victory, and you know who you are, I'd like you to say it was a moral victory to one of the players face to face. You may change your tune real quick.
 








The Hawks played tough and kept it much closer than I thought. Before the game, I was convinced we could keep it close in the first half but then get blown out in the second half. We didn't. We hung in there and showed signs of the Iowa of old. With this team, we just have to take what we get this year and hope to see improvement each week. And I think we are seeing that. In the last two years we have seen Iowa fade and get worse throughout the year. This year we are showing continued improvement. While I am still not 100 percent convinced Kirk can right the ship I give kudos to hard we played today and the game plan we had in place - especially on offense.
