I got mine in march "Ankl Pik" what's interesting is the fact you can seperate the people who claim to like wrestling from those who do just by the questions they ask like, what does that mean.

Yes it is a one time fee of $50 then it will be another $5 added to what your normal yearly registration fee is. The $50 doesn't go towards your annual registration either. So since you just got them and if you have to renew your plates in 2010 yet it won't be $50 cheaper.
