This much frustration so early sadly points to only one outcome for Saturday.. That Iowa going to get steamrolled....

If Iowa was going to turn it around it would of happened at Rutgers but it didn't and we barely squeaked by and to lose against lowly Northwestern Oh My.. Sadly I think you can put a fork in us!!

We gave up 38 points at home to Northwestern, and they had something like the 120th ranked offense going into that game. We also can't score because we have coaches that are complete idiots.

The D is due for a breakout game vs Leidner. My gut tells me I'm wrong, but my gut's been wrong all season. Against my better judgment:

Gophs 17

A late pick six by Mabin seals it. Otherwise, we score on a Beathard scramble, a Daniels monster run that doesn't get called back, and a bomb to Smith.

We look back on this one as the game that turned 2016 around.

I agree, we are supposed to support the team. Part of that is believing in them.

Believing in the team is one thing. Believing in KF on a consistent basis is another. KF is like a scene out of the twilight zone. Especially the one where a bank robber is able to slow everything down buy himself by some machine. So he robs the bank where everyone else can' see him as he moves to fast. He gets all the money and then breaks the machine to get him back to real time. So he has all the money but can't do anything with it.

Iowa has this coach with all the money and sometimes pulls off the great season. Only the machine causing the great season and salary is know forever broken. Iowa has this expensive coach not trapped forever (10 years) in the TWILIGHT ZONE.
