I honestly could watch highlights of Hawkeye plays for hours on end. The Catch, Marv Cook vs OSU, Timmy Dwight, anything Chris Street, Gamble's 3 vs OU, Chuck Long's boot vs MSU, 7 got 6, etc... Even when things aren't always going our way, It's Great to be a Hawkeye! Go Hawks!

They watch Iowa games...every single one of them...football, basketball, women's basketball and wrestling...and they pray and they hope and they cheer, in hopes that Iowa loses and everything will be "OK" in Ames...

My wife & I were in Mexico on our honeymoon the fall of 2005 & shared a bus with another couple. The guy was a huge LSU fan & were were talking about the game & how Iowa dominated the 1st 3 Q's of the game only to have LSU come back & take the lead late.
You should have seen the look & disappointment on his face when I told him that was Warren Holloway's first & only touchdown catch in his entire Iowa career. He responded with "you gotta be kidding me".
