Sounds like UIHC is going to build a new patient tower over parking ramp 1, lot 43, and the water tower.

Sounds like they are going to build a new water tower to the W of that area W of the football complex.

Tailgating is gonna get a WHOLE lot more expensive. I could see this drive prices up in private lots due to supply of spots decreasing.
