What do you think of Nebraska? Their QB's stat line was garbage with those INTs, but he looks like a decent passer. Hopefully by late November the weather will be bad enough that he can't put on a clinic against our secondary. Oregon looked really good and then just fell off a cliff.

Yeah, I'd really like to know if Oregon reeled it in for the second half, or if the Nebtards actually made effective adjustments.
 
Oregon made plays in the first half, lots of drops and penalties in the second. Nebraska played better, but wait until they get to a Wisconsin or Michigan? Do they play both? There is no way that 3 -4 holds up against a smash mouth team...they don't have the linebackers that Wisconsin has...yet. And their linemen are slow.

My prediction is that against the good teams...physical teams...there will be some crazy rushing numbers. By the time they get to Iowa, they will be physically beaten...just like last year.

Oregon only threw 8 times in the second half, and went with more runs between the tackles than perimeter runs, so they really did play it totally different from the first half, when they threw 25 times, and completed 22 of those.

We need to get the oline and backfield clicking. Nebby (f'em) will score points but I still think they are weak on the lines. If Lee has time he can hurt you with his wrs and a solid te. As of today, they would be a tough matchup for Iowa in a track meet game. Cold weather will help Iowa. I hate nebby, but they have talent. But I think they can be overpowered...still.

I don't think nebby has the lbs that wisc does yet. Gotta have 2-3 really good dlinemen and 4 versatile lbs. They may have the linemen(so far, they have stopped the inside run albeit not yet against power running teams as they've played 2 spread teams), but the lbs aren't to wisc level, even with Cichy out.
