If I was KF, I would retire after the 2016 season. Beathard will be gone. Killer schedule. Good time to walk away.

It's all cyclical for programs like MN and Iowa. Iowa will go 10-2 in 2016. But, Iowa will be on big trouble in 2017.

Loses: MN, NW, Wis, IL, Neb, Psu, Osu, MiSt

Can't wait to play the Hawks without King, Mabin, Johnson, Bazata, Jewel. Especially a Wiegers led Iowa (stat line: 4 fumbles, 2 picks, 4 sacks, 4 panic throws out of bounds, 3 short arm throws...

Missouri CANCELLED the series we had scheduled. Back in early Hayden days, HE requested getting rid of teams like Oklahoma/Nebraska/et. al. because the team would be injury-riddled by the time conference season rolled around. ISU series was mandated by legislature. Not much can be done there...

Yeah I remember when MO did that it was right about when Iowa was getting good. It's a different world now with them being in SEC and new coach. But I don't care so much about playing them specifically. Just schools similar to them in that with where they are it'd make sense. Neither school would have to travel far. Other then being scared to lose what's the down side? I'd rather Iowa play southern schools or east as opposed to west but that's just me. But getting ISU off the schedule and MAC schools would be where to start. Maybe 1 cupcake at the start of the season is ok. Sure don't need 3 or 4 of them.
