No doubt that Mikey loves to push the ball in transition, and that is a big part of his game. But, we do need him to shoot the rock well...we simply need more shooters and he has to be one of our best. He has all the rest of the floor game ect...so getting him in a good shooting groove is going to be huge for this team.

Gesell will be fine. Fran has been experimenting with different line-ups and with Mikey's injury Dev was called on a lot to run the point. As the rotation begins to firm up in the next few weeks, guys are going to become more comfortable with their positions and roles, and I think Gesell (and Sapp) clearly will be the floor leaders.
