It looks like the Volleyball coach he hired recently is a big step up. Also, the Field Hockey women are winning regularly now and might be in the rankings.

Obviously these are minor sports, but it looks like he is hiring quality coaches. Also, I have heard that the new softball coach is really good.

Bottom line is he gets a pass from me for what he has done lately.

That figure doesn't include what the U paid their own lawyers. His first interview after the ruling included him saying that he won't do anything different (i.e. document poor performing employees).
