I'm trying to figure out how they come up with all of these. Some are obvious, others I don't quite get. Northwestern over Penn State? Minnesota over Michigan State? Do these have something to do with SOS? Just wondering, cause parity in the B10 will make voters think the the conf. is even worse. I would think that Iowa beating the "Cream of the Crop," meaning Penn State and MSU winning would help more.

The two games in question would elevate future Hawkeye opponents...thus, making the game Iowa plays vs. them more important.
