does anyone know where nationals will be after Oklahoma city next year? i thought that's usually announced by now. maybe i missed it.

Unfortunately this is not the case. Video review remains unchanged (i.e. NO independent review), and stalling not emphasized other than reinstituting disqualification (but how many times do you see stalling called 5 times during a match?).
