UW football: Bielema's tattoo isn't taboo in recruiting battles with Iowa
I doubt that Iowa uses the tattoo as a big recruiting tool. I'm sure they tell them that, but it's not going to make a recruit choose a school. Kind of petty to say that's the way Iowa operates, I know how they do it. Like they're slimy or something.
