Thought some might like to see what they are saying. Here's what they say our key to victory is, from article:

Iowa’s Key To Victory: Run Mark Weisman into the ground.

In Michigan State’s toughest games, the Spartans have had to deal with a mobile quarterback who throws quick and short passes to wide receivers. They’ve struggled defending this type of attack, even last week against Iowly but speedy Indiana. Fortunately, Iowa’s style resembles nothing like this. The Hawkeyes are content to pound the ball into the line and have a slower overall offense. Their fullback turned feature back Mark Weisman is a big reason why. The sophomore has rolled up some nice yardage since taking over as Iowa’s featured runner. He ran for 177 yards and one touchdown in the Big Ten opener, and Michigan State needs to prevent Weisman from getting going Saturday. If he does, Iowa will have an easier time passing the ball with play action looks, which will open everything else up.

I wouldn't mind seeing a grind it out impose our will ground attack with very occasional Downfield looks by jv. The golem for 3 quarters followed by bullock in the 4th.
Running game stats: 45 rushes 200 yards
Passing stats: 15 Attempts, 12 completions, 225 yards.
Top: 36mins for iowa.
The beginning of a new friendship with another texan. The hawks can dream...
