Kansas State's admission requirements and those at Illinois are miles apart. The guys he has at KSU would not likely qualify for admission. They might not qualify under B1G Ten conference minimums, which is higher than the NCAA minimum.

That plays right into Fran's uptempo style, once they fall behind they won't be able to catch up.
